Winning the Race Against Biological Threats

In January 2021, the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense issued Winning the Race Against Biological Threats. This comprehensive report outlines realistic and achievable recommendations that can bolster the Nation’s defense against biological threats.

The need today for effective biodefense is just as great, but with the latest scientific advances the challenge is more achievable than ever.

The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense is a privately funded entity established in 2014. The Commission comprehensively assesses the status of U.S. biodefense efforts and issues recommendations to create meaningful change.
